Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds will be considered solely upon verifiable evidence demonstrating that the product or service failed to meet its advertised functional specifications.

2. Approval Process

Refunds are contingent upon mutual agreement between Built ForGood Technology Solutions (LLP) and the customer
The company retains full administrative responsibility for the refund process

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 15 working days from the date of approval

4. Terms of Applicability

This policy is valid only under conditions of demonstrable product/service non-performance and explicit mutual consent.
